I first came to fire walking when I felt I’d exhausted every other healing avenue available to me at the time for my eating disorder. Fire walking was the pivotal thing that changed me with the healing it brought, and the change in life direction that came with it.
Fire walking allowed me to look at my own fears and take full responsibility for what I was creating in my life. At the point you do a fire walk, only absolute honesty is needed – the desire for change in me was so strong, and my fear of not changing was so huge, I was prepared to go through this transformation process.
I like to share fire walking with others who are searching for a way to change stuck patterns. It’s an amazing process, using something as physical and tangible as fire to move energy blocks caused by fear. Fear is something we have all come up against in life. To take that fear and move through it, to not let it stop you from realising your goals and dreams– that’s the kind of self belief you get from doing a fire walk.
